Customer Success Strategist

We're seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Strategist to join our team at OwnBackup. As a key member of our customer success team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their success and growth with our platform.
Key Responsibilities- Client Onboarding: Collaborate with clients to ensure a smooth onboarding process, setting them up for success with our platform.
- Regular Check-Ins: Schedule regular meetings with clients to review their progress, address any concerns, and provide guidance on how to maximize the value of our platform.
- Account Growth: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products and services to existing clients, driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.
- Issue Resolution: Work closely with clients to resolve any issues or concerns they may have, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to our brand.
- Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve our customer success processes, identifying areas for growth and implementing changes to drive better outcomes.
- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a SaaS company.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients at all levels.
- Proven track record of success in a customer success or account management role.
- Experience with CRM software, preferably Salesforce.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and growth.
