Customer Success Coordinator

We are a specialist recruitment partner supporting start-up and scale-up SaaS businesses, and we are seeking a skilled Customer Success Coordinator to join our growing customer-facing team.

As a Customer Support Administrator, you will be responsible for managing client queries, investigating issues, and resolving them promptly.

Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Manage and resolve client queries through a helpdesk solution
- Work closely with the client management team to ensure prompt resolution of client issues
- Develop strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
- Prior experience in a B2B client support role
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
