PurposeAs a Customer Success Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth delivery of our services to customers across EMEA. You will work closely with senior account managers to develop growth strategies, focusing on onboarding new users, setting meetings, selling delegate tickets, responding to customer requests, and supporting renewals.
Key Responsibilities- Support senior account managers in developing growth strategies
- Assist in onboarding new users, setting meetings, and selling delegate tickets
- Act as secondary contact for subscribers regarding sponsorship and speaking opportunities at events
- Engage with customers to understand changing needs and propose effective solutions
- Manage customer interactions within CRM software
- Provide feedback to Product Managers and senior team members
We seek a highly organized and communicative individual with proven experience in customer service and sales. A willingness to work from our London Bridge office 3-4 days a week is required.
