We are offering a competitive salary of £26,000 for this exciting opportunity at Home Made. As a Customer Success Advocate, you will have the chance to work closely with our Property Management and Tenancy Operations teams to ensure a seamless experience for our customers.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing tenant relationships and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Coordinating with our finance team to ensure accurate record-keeping and timely payments.
- Assisting with the setup and management of new tenancies.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with our landlord partners.
