Job Opportunity

We are excited to announce a new job opportunity for a Customer Success Advocate at Smartly. As a Customer Success Advocate, you will build, manage and develop strong relationships with customers and partners such as media agencies and Google.

You will have a good understanding of paid social advertising (Meta, Pinterest, Snapchat, TikTok) and experience in programmatic advertising, knowledge of Google Advertising platforms. Estimated salary: £50,000 - £70,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Location: London, UK (with flexible remote work options).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain excellent knowledge of Smartly's product, and programmatic advertising in general, so that you're constantly able to solve customers' problems.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth campaign delivery, resolve issues and provide necessary support to customers as required.
  • Travel for quarterly business reviews, conferences and industry events as required.
