We're searching for a seasoned professional to join our Client Success team as a Client Success Advocate at Starling Bank. In this key role, you'll be responsible for supporting our clients and team members, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Job Overview

You'll work closely with our clients and internal teams to provide exceptional support and resolve complex issues. As a Client Success Advocate, you'll have a deep understanding of our SaaS platform and its applications.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to client inquiries and concerns via various channels, providing timely and effective resolutions.
  • Collaborate with our engineering team to identify and escalate technical issues that impact client satisfaction.
  • Analyze client feedback and use it to inform process improvements and knowledge base updates.

We're looking for an experienced candidate with a strong background in customer-facing roles, ideally in a SaaS environment. Your excellent communication skills, empathy, and problem-solving abilities will enable you to excel in this position.

Compensation:

  • A salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, based on your qualifications and experience.
  • A comprehensive benefits package, including 16 hours of paid volunteering time and private medical insurance.
