Client Success Advocate

About the Role
Our ICT Sales Consulting department is seeking a Client Success Advocate to join our team at KYOCERA Document Solutions UK. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth through the sale of Kyocera's ICT solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your technical expertise and sales skills to make a significant impact on our clients' businesses.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in ICT, with experience working with C-level customer teams. You will also need excellent interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to communicate complex technical information at an extremely high level. We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and has a proven track record of success in the Managed Services industry.

The Salary
We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package including 25 days holiday, life assurance, pension scheme, and employee assistance programme.

Key Responsibilities
As a Client Success Advocate, you will be responsible for providing technical consultancy on Kyocera products and services to existing customers. You will work closely with our sales team to identify new revenue opportunities and develop technical account plans to meet customer needs. You will also provide feedback to Kyocera to identify complementary solutions that can help extend our technical portfolio.
