We are looking for a skilled Customer Success Advocate to join our team in London. This role will involve working closely with Enterprise customers to ensure their effective use of Altana's platform. As a Customer Success Advocate, you will drive user adoption, product enablement, and value realization, ensuring overall customer success.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of account management experience, ideally working with complex data platforms. They should be able to demonstrate a history of successfully expanding accounts year over year and have a strong understanding of SaaS financial metrics.

This is a full-time position based in London with hybrid work flexibility from our Holborn office. We offer a competitive salary of £80,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a generous compensation package, we provide opportunities for professional development and a collaborative work environment.
