We are currently hiring a Founding Customer Success Manager (m/f/d) to join our ambitious team and build our post-sales function from the ground up.
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience succeeding in a B2B post-sales role and consistently been in the top 5%. Experience as a CSM professional is a plus.
Responsibilities include:
- Developing strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction, retention, and expansion.
- Designing and implementing post-sales process and customer engagement programs to support customers and track success.
- Providing feedback from the front line to help steer product roadmap and overall company strategy.

- Proven track record of success in a B2B post-sales role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Growth mindset and willingness to challenge own ideas and those of others.
Benefits:
- Competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
