Job Description

Cakewalk is a design-first Identity & Access Management software for SMBs. Our vision is to make IT security & compliance easy and accessible for everyone.

We are currently hiring a Founding Customer Success Manager (m/f/d) to join our ambitious team and build our post-sales function from the ground up.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience succeeding in a B2B post-sales role and consistently been in the top 5%. Experience as a CSM professional is a plus.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction, retention, and expansion.
  • Designing and implementing post-sales process and customer engagement programs to support customers and track success.
  • Providing feedback from the front line to help steer product roadmap and overall company strategy.

  • Proven track record of success in a B2B post-sales role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Growth mindset and willingness to challenge own ideas and those of others.
