Job Description: As a Customer Success Associate at Choco, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the delivery of value to vendors throughout the partnership lifecycle. Your primary responsibilities will include executing successful implementations for our vendor partners, ensuring smooth operations, and delivering exceptional customer satisfaction. You will work closely with Customer Success Managers (CSMs) to provide comprehensive support across the entire partnership lifecycle, from pre-implementation data handling to post-implementation day-to-day troubleshooting and requests. Additionally, you will assist in preparing training materials to guide partners through a seamless onboarding process.

Required Skills and Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you should possess 1+ years of experience in customer support, account management, or a similar field. You must be detail-oriented, committed to high-quality service delivery, and proficient in data entry with accuracy and efficiency. Fluency in English communication (written and spoken) is essential for success in this position.

Salary: The estimated salary for this role is £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
