We are seeking a talented Customer Success Advocate to join our Technical Support team in London. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers achieve success with our online form builder.

**Job Description**
In this role, you will provide technical support and guidance to customers, helping them overcome any obstacles they may encounter while using our platform. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing first-line diagnostic/troubleshooting support and technical expertise.
- Documenting all issues and resolutions.
- Maintaining communication with customers during the problem resolution process.
**Requirements**
- You should have a solid understanding of HTML/CSS and JavaScript, as well as experience with CMSs, CRMs, and site builders.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for this role.
**What We Offer**
- Competitive salary: £50,000 - £65,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
