Customer Success Advocate Lead

As a Senior Account Business Partner at Anaplan Inc, you will play a vital role in driving business growth and customer success. With our innovative scenario planning and analysis platform, we empower our customers to make informed decisions and stay ahead of the competition.
Your primary responsibility will be to develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, driving business growth and ROI through effective account management and strategic planning.
- Build and maintain trust with customers through regular check-ins, proactive issue resolution, and transparent communication.
- Collaborate with internal teams to execute account strategies, identify opportunities for growth, and capitalize on cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
- Provide expert guidance and support to customers throughout their Anaplan journey, from initial deployment to ongoing optimization.
- Foster strong adoption and utilization of the Anaplan platform among customers.
- Work closely with customers to align platform expansion plans with business objectives.
- Enable customers to achieve business transformation through data-driven decision-making.
- Promote engagement with Anaplan through community participation, user groups, and events.
- Educate customers on platform roadmap and future developments.
Implementation:
- Partner with customers, Partners, and Professional Services team to ensure successful implementation and exceptional service quality.
- Coach customers on creating and managing delivery models and change management frameworks.
- Support Anaplan partners and resolve technical/platform issues.
- Moderate customer concerns and advocate best practices.
