National Commercial Marketing Lead - The Advocate Group

We are seeking a highly skilled National Commercial Marketing Lead to join our team at The Advocate Group. As a key partner with Suntory Global Spirits, this role offers the opportunity to shape the Commercial Marketing function and drive business growth.

About the role:

  • In this position, you will lead the execution of commercial marketing strategies in Luxury On Trade accounts, partnering with customers to enhance brand value and performance.
  • You will collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop and deliver commercial marketing initiatives that meet business objectives and drive growth.
  • Responsibilities include supporting the activation calendar around key brand moments, contributing to brand planning and strategy, and driving category growth through effective customer engagement.

About you:

  • A strong background in Customer/Trade/Shopper Marketing within an FMCG environment, preferably in the Drinks Industry.
  • Proven experience in planning and delivering activations across various customers, balancing business and customer needs.

Estimated salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and location.
