Job Title: National Account Lead
We are seeking an experienced National Account Lead to join our team in the UK & ROI. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in national account management, with a strong focus on leadership and team management.
As a National Account Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of account managers to develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and revenue expansion across designated retailers. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and supply chain teams, to ensure seamless execution and optimal results.
The estimated salary for this role is £70,000-£90,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Responsibilities:- Lead a team of account managers to develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and revenue expansion across designated retailers.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance team performance and knowledge.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and optimal results.
- Manage and analyze data to inform business decisions and drive growth.
- Proven track record of success in national account management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
