National Account Manager Lead

Our client, a prominent national beer brand in the Off-trade industry, is seeking an experienced National Account Manager Lead to spearhead their retail and grocery partnerships. This role offers an exceptional opportunity to drive commercial success, foster strong relationships, and contribute to the company's growth.
Key responsibilities include:
- BUILDING AND MAINTAINING LONG-TERM RELATIONSHIPS WITH KEY RETAIL AND GROCERY PARTNERS.
- DEVELOPING AND EXECUTING ACCOUNT STRATEGIES TO ACHIEVE SALES GROWTH AND MAXIMIZE BRAND VISIBILITY.
- NEGOTIATING ANNUAL TRADING AGREEMENTS AND PROMOTIONAL PLANS.
- ANALYZING MARKET TRENDS, ACCOUNT PERFORMANCE, AND COMPETITOR ACTIVITY.
- COLLABORATING WITH INTERNAL TEAMS TO ENSURE SEAMLESS DELIVERY AND ALIGNMENT WITH BRAND OBJECTIVES.
The ideal candidate will possess proven experience managing retail and grocery accounts, with a strong understanding of the Off-trade industry. Exceptional relationship-building and negotiation skills are essential, as well as a high level of commercial acumen and a data-driven mindset.
Salary: Up to £60k plus Bonus and Travel.
