About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior National Account Manager to join our client's strong, entrepreneurial team, focusing on Tesco, their largest and most significant account. This role is hybrid and offers a high level of autonomy, providing the chance to be heavily involved in all aspects of the business.

As a Senior National Account Manager, you will develop and execute strategic account plans to drive sales and achieve targets at Tesco. You will build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and lead negotiations to ensure favourable terms and conditions.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a national account management role, preferably within the FMCG sector, and a strong understanding of the grocery retail market, particularly Tesco. Excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive sales and achieve targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at Tesco and other major accounts.
  • Lead negotiations and manage contracts to ensure favourable terms and conditions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support for account initiatives.
