We are seeking a National Account Development Lead to join our team and drive sales growth within the London and southeast region. As a senior sales professional, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans targeting kitchen manufacturers, house builders, and fabricators.

About the Job:
  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and expansion within key national accounts
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with senior decision-makers to ensure exceptional customer service
  3. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with key clients
  4. Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to senior management

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in senior sales roles within the construction materials or related industry
  • Experience selling to kitchen manufacturers, house builders, or fabricators is essential
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
