We are seeking a National Account Development Manager to join our Sales team at Freight Personnel in London. As a key player in our team, you will be responsible for building long-term relationships with customers and driving account growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive account growth.
  • Manage the tender process and requests for quotations for current customers.
  • Lead the onboarding of new products for current and new customers.
  • Work closely with the Customer Service Team to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of customer projects.
Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this role is £55,000-£60,000 circa, with a potential bonus of 15%, and 25 days holiday. You will also enjoy a flexible working policy and access to modern offices in Central London.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need prior experience in Account Management of major National Accounts or Territory Sales, and strong relationship-building skills.
