National Account Development Lead

Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced National Account Manager to join their team as a National Account Development Lead.

About the Opportunity:

  • Lead the development of the company's grocery business, managing relationships with major retail partners and driving new product launches.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing and potential customers.
  • Critical role in ensuring customer needs are met and that internal stakeholders are informed of customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key grocery retailers.
  2. New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing and potential customers.
  3. Internal Stakeholder Management: Act as a key internal stakeholder to ensure customer needs are met and that all relevant teams are informed.

Requirements:

  • Senior National Account Manager with experience working within FMCG and with grocery retailers.
  • Strong commercial awareness and understanding of the grocery sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Compensation Package:

  • Salary: £67,500 - £77,500 per annum.
  • Bonus scheme: 20% annual bonus.
