Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to lead our customer growth and engagement efforts.

Key Responsibilities

This exciting opportunity involves developing and implementing customer growth strategies that drive adoption, usage, and retention for our rapidly growing med-tech scale-up.

You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences, building and leading a high-performing customer success team along the way.

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive customer growth strategy.
  • Drive customer adoption, usage, and retention through effective playbook implementation.
  • Build a high-performing customer success team.
