Job Description
We're seeking a Fintech Relationship Manager to join our team. As a key member of our customer success department, you will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with our customers, ensuring their seamless onboarding experience, and providing valuable training and support to help them get the most out of our product.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Onboard new customers by guiding them through the process, ensuring they understand our product and have a positive experience.
- Provide expert training and support to empower customers to utilize our product effectively.
- Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with customers, identifying opportunities for growth and deeper product usage.
- Address customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and escalate concerns to relevant teams when necessary.
- Collect valuable feedback from customers and share insights with our development team to enhance our product.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- A keen eye for detail, ensuring accurate data entry and application processing.
- The ability to multitask, handling multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- An understanding of fintech and customer success principles.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and driving customer satisfaction.
