Customer Success Coordinator Role Summary

The Profs is looking for a skilled Customer Success Coordinator to join our Tuition Sales Team. As a key member of our Sales team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to inbound sales calls and website enquiries, identifying potential clients and building relationships
  • Collaborating with tutors to ensure they are well-matched with clients, promoting a seamless experience for both parties
  • Contributing to the development of sales strategies and improving processes within the team

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • Proven sales and customer service skills, with a strong track record of meeting targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, contributing to the development of sales strategies and process improvements

Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of £32,000-£42,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits such as 31 days' holiday, a company pension plan, and flexible office hours (2 days wfh per week). You'll also enjoy access to a free gym and regular company socials.
