Customer Success Operations Coordinator

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Operations Coordinator to join our team at ScreenCloud Limited, based in London. This role will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to the Customer Success team, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Customer Success team, including coordination of services and delivery across various departments.
- Support the processing of customer contracts and renewals, as well as manual processing and administration of customer orders.
- Assist with running digital marketing campaigns and data collection, as well as internal and external customer travel arrangements.
- Support the onboarding process for new customers, own meeting creation, note-taking, and follow-up actions.
- Manage OKR and KPI processes on internal systems, support project management tasks and administration.
- Owning, managing, and updating internal processes and documentation, maintaining, updating, and refreshing data and slideware for presentations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience collaborating effectively with multiple teams to achieve shared goals.
- Experience with running, analysing, and presenting data using Google Sheets, Docs, and Slides.
- Experience working with a CRM system, as well as in a fast-paced environment.
- Tech-savvy, with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively, high attention to detail and accuracy.
- A proactive and positive attitude with a passion for customer success.

Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
