Customer Success and Onboarding Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Customer Success and Onboarding Coordinator to support our client in coordinating and creating a seamless experience for their clients. You will gain experience in onboarding, delivering engaging and interactive training sessions, managing clients and internal training processes, and providing administrative support to the Customer Success team.
This role involves key responsibilities such as client onboarding and training, customer success support, client communication and collateral, internal and external communications, data analytics and reporting, and general administrative support.
You should have 1-3 years of working in a client-related environment, excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills, strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities, a proactive approach and ability to work independently, familiarity with data analysis and reporting, and a keen interest in professional development.
It would be beneficial to have experience in content creation, video production, or multimedia, as well as experience in the housing sector or compliance.
