Job Description

The Customer Service Resource Coordinator plays a crucial role in managing the Field Service Engineers' resource diary. This position requires excellent customer relations skills, commercial acumen, and the ability to develop and sustain relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the Field Service Engineers' resource diary to ensure optimal utilization of resources.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including Field Service Engineers, Customer Service Managers, and other support teams.
  • Ensure that all procedures are followed, and performance targets are achieved.
  • Provide first point of contact for scheduling support and assist with retrieving engineer Service Reports.
  • Ensure that any complaints received are dealt with in a professional manner and all actions taken reported to relevant Management.
  • Carry out any other duties as requested by Management.
