Job Title: Resource Coordinator

As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in managing our internal resources and sourcing external freelancers to support our projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage resource requests within our Resource Management System, Hub Planner, and Worksome
  • Collaborate with Project Leads to obtain relevant information from freelance briefs and make informed suggestions for resource requests
  • Develop a deep understanding of our projects and resource requirements to ensure effective deployment of personnel
  • Source and assign resources in consultation with the Business Director, Project Leads, and Discipline Leads
  • Coordinate with the Business Director and Finance Director on external freelance requirements
  • Manage the onboarding process for new starters and provide support to freelancers and contractors
  • Provide flexible support on administrative tasks and create reports from Hub Planner and Worksome to inform business decisions
