Human Resources Coordinator

Wise May Ltd is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to support the growth of our International Insurance business in the City.
This role offers the opportunity to work in a friendly and versatile HR department, supporting various aspects of HR, including recruitment, onboarding, HR operations, compensation and benefits, training coordination, and additional support/project work.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing administrative support to the HR team
- Assisting with recruitment and onboarding processes
- Maintaining databases and records
- Coordinating training and development programs
- Supporting HR operations and projects
Requirements include:
- At least 2 years of experience in a HR department, preferably in a financial services company
- Proficiency in MS Office and database management
- Exceptional attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work under pressure
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Working hours are Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:30.
