At Cantello Tayler Recruitment Ltd, we are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to our Business Partnering Learning & Development Team and P&C Director.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the local Learning Opportunities Booklet, assisting with the booking of core training programmes and ad hoc external training courses. They will also be responsible for writing and creating communications, such as workplace posts and emails.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining the local Learning Opportunities Booklet and assisting with the booking of core training programmes and ad hoc external training courses.
  • Writing and creating communications, such as workplace posts and emails.
  • Providing administrative support to the team and P&C Director, including organising team builds, booking travel, diary management and organising meetings.
  • Maintaining and reviewing Your Portal to ensure content is up to date and raising awareness amongst employees.

The ideal candidate will have a good standard of education, a minimum of 3 years admin experience in a fast-paced and highly varied environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP (HR) and SAP (purchasing). Fluency in English is also essential.
