About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Coordinator to join our team at Hays Human Resources. As a key member of our People and Culture function, you will play a critical role in supporting the development of our organization's HR strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Head of People in the development of the People and Culture function
- Assist with recruitment, policy review and development, and employee changes and amendments
- Act as the first point of contact for all HR-related queries
- Produce and present data to support business decisions
- Contribute to initiatives such as Learning and Development, Reward and Recognition, Compensation and Benefits, Talent Management, Employee Engagement and Wellbeing, Corporate Communications, and operational HR
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will have experience working in a busy and fast-paced HR function. You will be a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
