Interim Head of Human Resources

A leading private equity firm is seeking an experienced Head of Human Resources to join their team on a 9-month assignment. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up and implementing HR functions, including compensation and reward schemes, policies and procedures, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Design and implement compensation and reward schemes for financial services roles
  2. Establish and maintain policies and procedures for HR operations
  3. Engage with agencies and search firms to hire talent for portfolio businesses
  4. Manage HR operations, including employee relations, onboarding, and benefits

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources, with experience working in financial services and private equity firms. They will be a strategic thinker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build relationships with stakeholders and drive business outcomes.
