Job Description

Job Title: Director of Human Resources

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Human Resources to join our team at Seekhr. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive human resources strategy that aligns with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a human resources strategy that supports the achievement of our business objectives.
  • Lead and manage a high-performing human resources team to ensure the effective delivery of HR services.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to senior leaders on human resources matters, including employee relations, talent management, and organizational development.
  • Collaborate with other departments to design and deliver learning and development initiatives that enhance the skills and capabilities of our employees.
  • Lead on complex employee relations cases and provide support and guidance to employees and managers on HR-related matters.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Monitor and analyze HR metrics to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a human resources leadership role, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong knowledge of human resources principles, practices, and legislation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees, managers, and senior leaders.
  • Ability to think strategically and provide expert advice and guidance to senior leaders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and drive business decisions.
