We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Human Resources to join our team at Seekhr. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive human resources strategy that aligns with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a human resources strategy that supports the achievement of our business objectives.
  • Lead and manage a high-performing human resources team to ensure the effective delivery of HR services.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to senior leaders on human resources matters, including employee relations, talent management, and organizational development.
  • Collaborate with other departments to design and deliver learning and development initiatives that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees.
  • Lead on complex employee relations cases and provide coaching and guidance to employees and managers on HR-related matters.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
