Director of People

Michael Page Human Resources is seeking a seasoned Director of People to lead our HR Team in a strategic capacity. This is an exceptional opportunity to modernise our HR function, driving effectiveness and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive HR strategy, aligning with our organisational goals.
  2. Lead the HR function, providing strategic advice to senior leadership and management teams.
  3. Design and implement new performance management systems, promoting a culture of excellence.
  4. Develop a diversity and inclusion strategy, fostering a workplace culture that values and celebrates individual differences.
  5. Establish a learning management system, delivering impactful L&D initiatives.
  6. Develop required policies and processes, ensuring compliance and best practices.
  7. Shape a flexible working culture, exploring innovative ways of working.
  8. Identify and implement HR projects, driving engagement, organisational development, and modernisation.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in developing and implementing HR strategies.
  2. Strong leadership and management skills, with a track record of success in HR.
  3. Experience in the commercial sector, with a deep understanding of business operations.
  4. Expertise in diversity and inclusion strategy and initiatives.
