About the Role

Pure Human Resources Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Manager to join our team. As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for providing a comprehensive and reliable HR provision to our clients, including employee relations, business partner support, and HR advisory services.

Key Responsibilities
  • HR Advisory: Provide expert HR advice to clients on employment law, employee relations, and HR best practices.
  • Business Partner Support: Work closely with clients to understand their HR needs and provide tailored solutions to support their business objectives.
  • Employee Relations: Manage employee relations cases, including investigations, disciplinary procedures, and grievance handling.
  • Training and Development: Design and deliver HR and people-related training courses to clients.
  • Recruitment: Assist with the recruitment process, including job advertising, shortlisting, and interviewing.
  • Sales and Marketing: Support the sales and marketing team in promoting Pure Human Resources Ltd's services to potential clients.
  • Internal Support: Provide administrative and organizational support to the business, including managing HR files and databases.
Requirements
  • CIPD Qualified to Level 5
  • Extensive knowledge of employment law and its application in the workplace
  • Previous in-house HR experience in a corporate or large employer setting
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and requests from clients
  • Drive and enthusiasm to take on new challenges and improve processes
  • Effective interviewing and facilitation skills
  • Personable, friendly, and approachable
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and other HR systems
  • Full UK driving license and ability to travel to client sites
Desirable
  • Experience in designing and delivering training courses
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent
