Human Resources Coordinator

**Job Summary**
The Human Resources Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department. This individual will be responsible for handling recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Address employee inquiries regarding HR-related issues.
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture that aligns with our brand's values.
- Previous proven experience within luxury retail recruitment is highly desirable.
- Good understanding of luxury retail and brands is essential.
- Confident in being on field and approaching new businesses and having conversations.
- Experience in customer service is required.
- Flexible to work at least between 5 days a week between Monday and Sunday.
- Well presented with confidence in giving fantastic client service.
- Outstanding telephone and email manner.
- Very well spoken in English.
- Able to work under pressure and great at multi-tasking.
- Someone who enjoys working behind the screen, operational and computer savvy.
- You must be able to use straightforward software, Outlook, and Microsoft Office.
- You must be very well organised and able to work timely in all circumstances.
