Onboarding Experience and Customer Success Coordinator

We are looking for an Onboarding Experience and Customer Success Coordinator to join our team at Metaview Global Limited.
Your main goal will be to ensure a seamless introduction to our platform, pre- and post-sales, by gathering customer feedback on the onboarding experience and the product itself.
This role is central to the success of our customers and requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
As an Onboarding Experience and Customer Success Coordinator, you will be responsible for collecting and analyzing customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and developing strategies to enhance the user experience.
You will work closely with our sales and customer success teams to ensure that our customers receive the best possible support and have a positive overall experience with our platform.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to analyze complex data sets, and have a proven track record of driving business growth through customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and analyze customer feedback on the onboarding experience and the product itself
- Develop strategies to enhance the user experience and improve customer satisfaction
- Work closely with sales and customer success teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and support
- Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and areas for improvement
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a SaaS company
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to analyze complex data sets and identify trends
- Proven track record of driving business growth through customer engagement
- $65,000 - $95,000 per year, depending on experience
