Customer Success Professional

We are looking for a Customer Success Professional to help us build our SaaS-based anti-money laundering solutions in the financial industry.
This role will involve managing a portfolio of mid-market customers, from onboarding to adoption and beyond. As a trusted advisor, you will nurture relationships with clients, helping them get the best results from using the platform while feeding back ideas to the product development teams.
As a key member of our customer success team, your responsibilities will include:
- Managing a varied workload with multiple deadlines, ensuring successful onboarding processes and implementation plans for each new customer.
- Providing proactive support to clients, increasing adoption, improving utilization, and minimizing churn while ensuring renewal.
- Driving cross-sell and upsell opportunities, expanding contract revenue in conjunction with the sales/account management team.
- Serving as the voice of the customer, providing internal feedback on how ComplyAdvantage can better serve our customers.
About this role:
You will have a passion for customers and a strong ability to manage relationships, coordinate across teams, and build consensus. Ideally, you will have 2+ years of experience in a similar role, working with mid-market accounts in a B2B environment.
We offer a competitive salary (approximately $120,000 - $180,000 per year) aligned to your skills and experience.
