Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Professional to drive customer satisfaction and success by ensuring that clients fully leverage our products and services.

This role requires a deep understanding of customer success strategies, outstanding project management skills, and a customer-first mindset.

Responsibilities
  1. Success Planning: Develop and implement a customized success plan for each client, with clear goals, timelines, KPIs, and action items.
  2. Education and Enablement: Support client teams by coordinating access to premium education content for administrators and end-users.
  3. Voice of the Customer (VoC): Gather and understand feedback and data to improve client outcomes and the quality of their experience.
Requirements
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Norwegian and English, with the ability to convey complex information clearly to clients.
  • Experience: Proven experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related role within a SaaS or software company.
  • Candidate Qualifications:
  1. Strong understanding of customer success planning, KPI tracking, and action planning.
  2. Proficiency in project management and an ability to multitask across various client needs.
  3. Familiarity with ERP, SaaS, and financial processes is considered an advantage.
