We are seeking a Customer Success Professional to join our team at SearchLand Ltd. As a key member of our customer success department, you will be responsible for ensuring that our clients maximise the value of our platform.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Client Onboarding: Manage the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring they are set up for success.
  2. Customer Engagement: Build and nurture strong relationships through regular check-ins, ensuring clients are achieving their desired outcomes.
  3. Problem Solving: Proactively identify and resolve client issues, escalating where necessary.
  4. Training and Support: Conduct training sessions to help clients fully understand and utilise Buildscout's platform.
  5. Retention Focus: Monitor client health metrics and proactively intervene to address churn risks.
  6. Feedback Gathering: Gather client feedback and provide actionable insights to improve the product and overall customer experience.

This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced start-up environment, with a competitive salary of £28,000 - £34,000 per annum. In addition to your base salary, you will also receive a range of benefits, including hybrid working arrangements, 28 days paid holiday, and unlimited unpaid holiday days.
