Help Shape Our European Growth Strategy

We are seeking a skilled Customer Success Manager to support our European client base and drive our growth strategy across the region. As a key member of our Customer Success team, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their success, and leveraging digital tools to deliver a seamless user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Building lasting customer relationships – You will be the primary point of contact for our European clients, owning their relationship and becoming a trusted strategic partner.

  • Ensuring customer success – You will work closely with our clients to understand their goals and objectives, ensuring that our platform supports their strategic initiatives and provides them with the necessary training and support.

  • Using digital tools in your daily work – You will efficiently leverage our CRM system and other digital tools to manage client interactions, track key performance indicators, and identify opportunities for growth.

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience – You have a proven track record of success in a client-facing B2B SaaS role, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the PE/M&A industry or 2-3 years of experience in management consulting, finance, investment banking, or private equity.

  • Education – You hold a business or finance degree from a leading university.

  • Customer-centric – You have a value-driven customer-first mindset and are committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences.

  • Languages – You are fluent in English, with a strong proficiency in other European languages a plus.
