Customer Success Manager

The Customer Success Manager will play a critical role in ensuring our customers achieve their desired outcomes while using our products and services at Morae Global Corporation.
Key Responsibilities:
Build strong relationships with customers, acting as their advocate within the company, and being their trusted advisor.
Work closely with the global technical support team to manage break/fix support issue escalations, providing guidance and technical know-how for resolution of issues.
Foster a culture of customer-centricity and drive engagement and satisfaction through regular feedback and insights gathering.
Requirements:
A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a related field is required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities is also necessary.
A strong understanding of customer success principles and practices is preferred.
