Customer Success Manager

Vodori Inc is seeking a Customer Success Manager to join its team in the EMEA region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building lasting relationships with customers, ensuring they achieve their desired outcomes while maximizing the value of the solutions they have purchased.
The CUSTOMER SUCCESS MANAGER will be responsible for serving as the primary point of contact for key customer contacts, proactively identifying growth and upsell opportunities to maximize customer value. This role requires strong relationship-building skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple accounts and tasks simultaneously.
We offer a competitive Salary Range: €60,000 - €90,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits that include company bonus scheme or commission plan, stock options, pension scheme with company contributions, flexible and remote working options, unlimited holiday, employee recognition programmes, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for your customers in the EMEA region, ensuring they are getting the most value from our solutions.
- Proactively identify growth and upsell opportunities to maximize customer value.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, tracking key account metrics and action plans.
