**Job Title:** Customer Success Manager

**Location:** London/Hybrid

**Duration:** 6 Months

**Salary Range:** £125-£165 (Umbrella)

We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team on a 6-month assignment. The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging customers through various forms of in-person and video engagements.

**Responsibilities:

  • Manage customers through an assigned book of business, ensuring retention and growth.
  • Build and foster relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders across multiple customer teams.
  • Engage customers in strategy conversations to derive maximum value from their investment.
  • Define success metrics and create detailed plans outlining a roadmap to achieve success.
  • Monitor customer health and create risk mitigation plans where needed.
  • Resolve customer inquiries by aligning customers with the right resources.
  • Develop and share best practices with team members to improve processes.

**Requirements:

  • 3+ years experience in a client-facing/account management role.
  • Business savvy with consultative, problem-solving, and issue resolution skills.
  • SaaS experience and knowledge of email marketing.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
