Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team at insightsoftware. As a key member of our Customer Success organization, you will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction and retention by developing and implementing effective customer success strategies.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer success, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for building lasting customer relationships. You will manage a team of customer success professionals, providing mentorship, guidance, and support to ensure they deliver exceptional service.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing customer success plans to drive customer adoption, expansion, and retention
  • Managing a team of customer success professionals to ensure delivery of exceptional service
  • Leveraging data and analytics to identify areas for improvement and develop data-driven insights
