About the Role

As an Enterprise Customer Success Leader at WalkMe, you will be responsible for leading a portfolio of high-value clients and driving business growth through exceptional customer service and strategic planning.

You will possess 5+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, with a strong background in enterprise software sales, account management, or project management. Your excellent communication and problem-solving skills will enable you to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

A successful Enterprise Customer Success Leader will be fluent in both English and French, with a deep understanding of the digital adoption platform and its applications. You will work closely with our clients to develop and implement strategic plans that drive business outcomes and maximize the value of our technology.

We offer a competitive salary range of $150,000 - $220,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as flexible work arrangements and family-friendly policies to support your work-life balance.
