Enterprise Customer Success Leader

SER Group is looking for an experienced Enterprise Customer Success Leader to drive client success and growth.
We offer a competitive salary of $160,000 - $220,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:
- Client Onboarding: Develop and implement successful onboarding strategies to ensure client adoption and satisfaction.
- Solution Implementation: Collaborate with technical consultants to implement solutions that meet each client's goals, leveraging expertise in ECM, SQL, Java, .NET, Web Service APIs, and RDMS.
- Client Engagement: Foster strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Performance Metrics: Establish and track key performance metrics to measure client success and identify areas for improvement.
What You'll Bring to SER Group:
- Technical Expertise: Solid experience in ECM and technical skills in SQL, Java, .NET, Web Service APIs, and RDMS.
- Solution Creation: Proven experience in crafting creative, targeted solutions that address client needs and scale across sectors.
