About the Role

Miro is seeking a seasoned Customer Success Leader to spearhead our EMEA Portfolio CSM team. As a key member of our Customer Experience organization, you will be responsible for mentoring, developing, and guiding a high-performing team of customer-facing professionals.

Your primary objective will be to drive strategic customer interactions, manage cross-functional projects, and ensure exceptional customer experiences across various industries and sizes. You will work closely with global teams to achieve quarterly targets around gross retention and monthly active usage.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading a team of Customer Success Managers in managing complex customer relationships and projects.
  • Developing and implementing data-driven strategies to improve customer engagement and satisfaction.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align on customer journeys and enhance internal processes.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with executive customers and handling escalations effectively.
What We're Looking For

We are seeking an experienced leader with a proven track record in people management, customer success, and strategic account management. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 3+ years of experience in managing customer-facing teams in a SaaS environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to coach and mentor team members.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • The ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
