About the Role:
As a highly skilled Enterprise Customer Success Executive, you will play a pivotal role in partnering with our premium employer partners to drive adoption and ensure they achieve their hiring goals. This strategic position requires a proven track record of building relationships, pivoting from strategic to tactical, and being a project management powerhouse. With a focus on long-term partnerships, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities and initiatives that improve our customer success activities and processes, resulting in better customer health, higher retention rates, and expansion.

Your Responsibilities:
• Identify opportunities and initiatives to enhance customer success activities and processes, leading to improved customer health, retention, and expansion rates.
• Partner closely with cross-functional teams like Sales, Success, Account Management, Support, Education/University partnerships team, Marketing, Insights, Product, User Research, Enablement, RevOps, etc. to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
• Provide expert consultation and training to employer partners on early talent, Handshake best practices, and workflows, ensuring seamless integration and maximum value realization.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to evolve the customer journey, scale internal processes, and support hundreds of premium employers effectively.

Your Experience:
We are seeking an exceptional candidate with 4+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management, managing complex Enterprise and/or Strategic accounts. The ideal candidate should possess excellent executive-level communication skills, fluency in English, and flexibility in problem-solving, with the ability to wear different hats to make things happen. Data-informed approach, strong project management, and time management skills are essential, along with the ability to stay organized and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
