Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Customer Success Manager to join our team in the UKI region. As a key member of our success team, you will be responsible for driving customer growth and expansion through trusted advisory services, strategic account planning, and post-sales support.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in executive-level customer-facing roles, such as strategic customer success, presales, project management, or consulting. You will possess excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technological and business concepts to customers.

In this role, you will work closely with Account Executives and Presales teams to develop strategic accounts and implement mutually agreed account plans. You will also lead the post-sales effort in building Enterprise Success Programs, delivering consistent value to customers, and ensuring pervasive enterprise adoption of the Mendix platform.

This is a hybrid work model position, with up to three days of travel per week to meet with clients and engage in on-site activities. You will be part of an exceptional team redefining the way companies focus their digital transformation efforts.
