Enterprise Customer Success Director

We are seeking a skilled Enterprise Customer Success Director to lead our Customer Success UK&I team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring our clients successfully adopt and realise value from our software.
The ideal candidate will have experience in enterprise software sales, pre-sales or customer success in a leadership role, ideally with a focus on account management and retention. They will possess deep knowledge of the cybersecurity landscape, industry trends, and competitive dynamics.
This role includes managing challenging coaching conversations and inspiring individual teams to deliver outstanding results. The successful candidate will excel at building and managing high-performing teams, excelling in customer-facing management roles, particularly in subscription- and renewal-based business models.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Customer Success UK&I team to ensure clients successfully adopt and realise value from Darktrace's software
- Develop and implement strategies to drive customer success and retention
- Manage challenging coaching conversations and inspire individual teams to deliver outstanding results
- Partner with the regional Sales and Renewals team to ensure customers successfully adopt and realise value from Darktrace's software
Requirements:
- Experience in enterprise software sales, pre-sales or customer success in a leadership role
- Deep knowledge of the cybersecurity landscape, industry trends, and competitive dynamics
- Proven ability to drive operational excellence through strategic prioritisation, people management, and confident leadership
- Strong grasp of value drivers in recurring revenue models, pricing negotiation, upselling, and cross-selling

Estimated Salary: £75,000 - £95,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
